Your school website will be available under the domain you chose during setup and you can visit it by entering the full url in your browser.

After deployment, you may choose to purchase a custom domain name (directly from your school portal dashboard), or connect a domain or subdomain you already own, or integrate with your already existing school website.

A. If you are using the schoolsfocus subdomain hosting option.

• yourdomain.schoolsfocus.net/signin/signin/student - for students to login their profiles
• yourdomain.schoolsfocus.net/signin/signin/parent For parents to login to the portal
• yourdomain.com/signin/signin/staff - For staff and admin functions

 where yourdomain is the domain your site is hosted

B. If you are using your own registered domain

• yourdomain.com/signin/signin/student - for students to login their profiles
• yourdomain.com/signin/signin/parent  -For parents to login to the portal
• yourdomain.com/signin/signin/staff - For staff and admin functions

C. If you are using a sub-domain of your own domain (commonly used when you integrated the portal with your existing school website)

• portal.yourdomain.com/signin/signin/student - for students to login their profiles
• portal.yourdomain.com/signin/signin/parent  -For parents to login to the portal
• portal.yourdomain.com/signin/signin/staff - For staff and admin functions

where portal is the sub-domain you provided during setup.

1. Login to your account.

2. Click on your avatar on the navbar menu to visit your profile page.

3. Click on the Change Password tab. You should see a page similar to the image below.

4. Enter your current password in the space provided and click "Next". You should check your email address for your password reset link.

Click your name at the top left of your dashboard to reveal several account related options. Click "Sign Out", and click "Yes" in the confirmation box displayed.
